We provide pharmacy services to residential group homes for people with developmental disabilities and emotional challenges and pharmacy services to cancer patients referred to us by their oncologist or cancer care system like Roswell Park Cancer Institute. We are not a retail, walk-in pharmacy for consumers.
We deliver to the western New York region comprising the counties of Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegheny, Erie, Wyoming, Livingston, Niagara, Genesee, Orleans, and Monroe.
Our pharmacists and drivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to fill and deliver medication. For other concerns such as billing questions, please email us or call us during our normal business hours of 9am to 5pm (ET).
We make it as easy as possible. We meet with you as often as you like before the switch to work out the details for a seamless transition. We gather information such as insurance, physician contacts, medications, and allergies. We come to your staff meetings to meet your staff and answer all their questions. After the switch we are available by phone, email and in-person meetings as needed.
On average, it takes about 3 weeks. In emergency situations where you are dealing with numerous errors, we can work with you to considerably shorten that time.
We serve residential group homes for people with developmental disabilities and emotional challenges and private oncology patients who are referred to us by their physicians. We do not provide services to nursing homes nor do we operate a retail store for consumers.
For cancer patients referred to us by their oncologist or regional cancer care center, we offer free and timely delivery of the correct medications to their homes in three hours or less within a delivery radius of 150 miles from Buffalo, NY.
Yes, Buffalo gets a lot of snow. However, there are usually only 5-7 days on which we get a major storm. If you need medication during a blizzard and the NYS Thruway is closed, our drivers find alternate routes. Also, our pharmacy is protected by a backup generator in the event of a power outage.
First, be sure to talk with your doctor to get specific instructions concerning safe storage, handling, use, and disposal of your medications. He or she is your first, best source of the precautions that should be taken and how to protect your family from accidental exposure to the medications either directly or indirectly through bodily fluids or other excretions. Depending on the medication, special gloves, protective gowns, and protective eyewear should be worn whenever handling hazardous drugs. Additional articles:
